🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and cosmetic product standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

🚨 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@nailsmhs.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
